This place made it happen as we mostly stayed in the area relaxing by the pool and beach. Easy access, clean and building staffs we great. “We had a nice relaxing time! We sat out back on the patio and it was the perfect, serene setting for both having a cup of coffee and a glass of wine. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and a short Uber to Lauderdale by the sea and Los Olas.”

“This is a small condo at a great Location backing onto South Beach with beach beds included. Parking was also a massive plus and inexpensive. It is fit for two people only for a few days that are happy to self cater. Accessible to all local amenities. Good value for what is available at South Beach. Bargain!!”

“My husband and I had a great time!! It was paradise, the room is incredibly clean and easy to use. We loved the multiple pools and beach option during the day. The service at the Ritz is amazing. Also, the town of Key Biscayne is so fun to walk around. Tammy was very responsive and was able to give us an early check in, which we so appreciated!! We will be back!”

“Went for a girls weekend getaway and didnt want the busy hotel feel. This was exactly that! Quaint, and cute!! Communication with gloria the unit manager was very easy and effortless. The unit was exactly as expected. They had all the Supplies we needed for the beach with a cooler and beach chairs and an umbrella that all worked and we’re good working order . During our stay we saw reviews expressing the neat bakery called patagonia for lunch or authentic amazing desserts and espresso. 7 eleven……

“The condo decor is a little dated, but we didn’t care! Great location! Walked to many restaurants and to Lauderdale by the Sea. The Tiki Bar on the property has good food and cocktails. Beach was awesome!”

“The property was equipped with beach, chairs and umbrella and a wagon for a convenient walk across the street and down the path to the ocean front. It was conveniently located to a convenient store and shopping if you needed to pick up something last minute. Loved to stay and the location I would highly recommend.”

“The place was very quaint and updated. Sofa was very uncomfortable, it sank in when you sat on it. I am 200 pounds so expected the sofa to be able to hold my wait without sinking in.”

“Our stay was good. The condo's location is great for its proximity to the beach and has beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony. My family & I had a restful stay. Occasionally we heard loud noises from the AC or other places in the building, but that could be expected staying in a building that size. Getting to the beach was a short walk past the pool area and across the bike path. There were chairs and umbrellas for rent at a very reasonable rate. The building also had service from the……

“It was an excellent vacation. The property is on the water. Everybody in the resort is super friendly and helpful. The property has everything needed for six days. The only recommendation I would make is about the bed and the sheets. The mattress needs cover protection, and the sheets should be fitted. But besides that, everything was great. The owner is super attentive and responded in minutes.”

“Beautiful apartment, clean and spacious for me and three guests. Everything was great the only thing I did not love was that the beach chairs were all very close together. That has nothing to do with the apartment itself. Loved it! ”

“I had the best time here! I would definitely stay here again. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean with a nice pool and a cute room. The shower has great water pressure and heat too. The beach is a few mins walk. There’s 2 coffee shop cafes on the block. Plus a grocery mart and restaurant and bus stop, all right there. And everything else is up and down the main street the hotel is on. You’re right in the middle of everything, for a great price. You can’t beat it! I highly……
