Despite calling in the day prior to our arrival asking not to be on the 7th floor due to excess noise we experienced in our March stay that is where we were placed once again. We were transferred out afterwards to an improved room but not ideal. Considering we have stayed at this hotel close to 4 weeks in 2024 they do not seem to value us as customers unfortunately It’s time to look for other options

Thank you to Christie at the desk. Lovely lady, very helpful. The property is well located, nice view on Collins ave from the pool area. You might think it's not quiet but it is. Room is small even with a 2-bed. No ice machine from level 5 to 8 so I had to go down to the 4th floor all the time.

2 inches gap under my door.
Couldnt sleep. Was told to put a towel…
Next day, they installed the missing part.
Ask to extend: their pricing was outrageous and way higher then suggested online.
The resort fee of 41 use per day was hidden.
Gives you access to chairs half a mile away with no view on the ocean, super crowded. Less than a feet between chairs.
Overall very greedy hotel and not up to the hilton standards. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Poor customer service. What is wrong with your staff? They’re unhappy and guests feel this. Room was very small, dark & facing a wall. Promised bottled water for guests but there’s an $8.00 U.S.per bottled water. Very expensive room rate with surprisingly expensive resort fees. Dated rooms.
