“We had a little hiccup with this property, the room we booked for 2 nights was given to other people. Unfortunately our flight was cancelled and didn’t make it for the first night. When arriving at the accommodation. We were given 2 rooms that were not what had been listed on wotif. The rooms were not clean and I was not happy with the rooms at all. After getting onto the host, she was more then happy to check our booking and she gave us the room that was listed on wotif. The accommodation was……

After an hour of trying to find the place we found someone who could translate and call the homestay number on the email Expedia sent to me. This person said it was over there about a mile which she was nice enough to walk us over to. When we got there it was a hotel that knew nothing about the homestay property.
