“The property is exactly as described and very comfortable! We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again. Very close and easy walk to downtown Grand Haven and super easy access. The garage was a bonus that you don’t normally see and nice while it was raining. Everything made it easy to relax and really enjoy yourself!”

“This was a great place for my husband and me. It was super quiet, being the off season, and the little patio off the bedroom was nice for watching birds and listening to frogs in the pond. The kitchenette was just right for our needs. We like to go into Bellaire to grab coffee and a breakfast sandwich at Ruthann’s or get a meal at Short’s or The Corner Bistro. But I liked being able to put snacks in the little fridge. The walk-in shower was great and the sofa was a comfy place for a nap. We……

“We have stayed in this unit twice now for our annual New Year’s trip. It’s an easy drive to Caberfae Peaks for skiing and snowboarding. The unit is clean and comfortable for our family of four. This year our daughter forgot some things that she had set aside for the the ride home. We were contacted immediately. The person cleaning the unit was pleasant and incredibly helpful. She dropped the items off at our friend’s house so we didn’t have to turn around. Communication with the owner is easy……

Very well stocked, clean, and it even has a nice walking path along the water. So beautiful! Only a few minutes from downtown Grand Haven area and within a short distance from nearby small towns.”

“We chose this condo for our family to stay together and for our son to host his groomsmen the day of the wedding for college football and lunch. The place was better than it shows in pictures. High end, spacious, accommodates a group and walkable to downtown St Joseph! Thank you for having us!”

“We were disappointed. The owner wasn't very accommodating or kind. Wouldnt provide washcloths, handtowels, etc. The place needed a good cleaning and basic supplies. Wouldn't return or recommend.”

“We wanted something that was walking distance to downtown and the lake. This property gave both. We were able to walk to different parts of the lake from this property and easy walking to the main downtown/ Martine Museum. There is a full kitchen with most supplies. The layout of the place was nice as well. The bridge that goes over the Black River is right outside and it didn’t affect our sleeping. I even brought ear plugs just incase and never used them. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.……

The location is great, but there is serious construction in progress on Front Street. Neighbors upstairs were moving furniture and practicing walking in high heels in the evening and into the early morning. I slept through it but my teen could not. We had a great first visit to TC and this was a very convenient place for home base.”
