“The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. The only complaint is that there……

“I enjoyed my stay. They went above and beyond helping me and my daughter to use public transportation and it saved money and headache. Informed us about things to do and visit. I really appreciate all the help. The place is accurately displayed and described. It is a basement nicely furnished. I am 6feet tall and only one spot was low. Clean and comfortable for the price, the jacuzzi was a nice touch! Check in was flawless. Convenient to bus stop to New York. Very close to the airport. Good……

“Great location and perfect for our base for a trip to The Big Apple! 5 minute walk to Brick Church train station and less than 30 minutes later we were in Penn Station in Manhattan! The place was clean and updated. The in apartment laundry was a great feature. There was only 1 parking space reserved but there were several spots behind the Family Dollar. The host was great with communication.”

“Me and my daughter spent a week at Evonify. The communication with the host was perfect. The appartement very clean and we had everything we needed concerning kitchen- utensils. I couldn't make the dishwasher work but handwashed the plats etc. I can recommend Evonify to other tourists if you can imagine to walk 15 min to Elizabeth station. You also have Citi Grocery nearby for food shopping. Thank you for a pleasant stay. ”

“I rented this apartment at the very last minute for a trip with my 2 kids. Sonya was so very helpful and communicative, I was literally driving there and she helped me worked out final details. Sonya made sure I had all check in instructions, and that we arrived and checked in safely. The apartment is modernly decorated, VERY CLEAN, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the sleeper sofa was large enough for my 6ft son. Location was 2 blocks from the Prudential Center which……
