“This property was just as advertised. It was right in downtown Asheville. We were able to walk to almost everything with the kids. The property itself felt secure and safe with the security measures it took to get into the building. The parking spot in the garage was pretty tight. We were able to get our SUV in with one of us getting out and guiding the other. We’d definitely stay again!”

They kept us inform all the way through the point of us, checking in our unit and even then check to make sure everything was right. They accommodated our special request. The unit itself is beautiful and well-maintained to the point where we felt like we were the first person to actually stay at it. It was so new feeling. This property manager did an excellent job in this unit. We will be back.”

“Perfectly located loft. Super comfy bed and very clean and well appointed place altogether. We had easy parking in the garage. All details of how to check in and out were perfectly laid out as well as great suggestions to enjoy Asheville during our stay. A bottle of champagne in the fridge with chilled glass was the cherry on top! We’ll be back!”

“Downtown A'vl. Well appointed; very clean. Very secure building & parking garage. Daddy Mac's restaurant was delicious & very close - in the same block. Comfortable furniture. Two primary BR's with en suite baths. The covered balcony was very relaxing and an enjoyable spot. The only negative was the check-in process. The garage code, elevator code, and condo code were confusing, but sorted out after about 15 minutes waiting.”

“This property is a bird sanctuary! It was so peaceful and a perfect getaway. The cabin with hot tub was comfortable. We enjoyed reading on the front porch, cooking out on the grill, fire pit under the stars at night and most of all the sounds of birds chirping during sunrise. The staff was exceptionally friendly. “Beautiful neighborhood close to everything. Well appointed home! Quiet and comfortable. Would suggest a few blinds on windows in main living area as homes are close together and did not feel comfortable for privacy purposes. No soap for bathing or dishwashing items where available upon arrival. Just went to store to purchase. Shower stopped working in 2nd bathroom but tub was available. Did not call maintenance for this. Had problems getting temperature comfortable due to high tec thermostat.……
