Incorrect and inadequate information upon checking in. Room decor extremely old and had not been renovated in what looked like about 10 years
Shower did not work, but that did not occur until a day into our stay my husband killed three spiders in our room over the course of our two day stay for our daughter’s college graduation. The rate posted on Expedia was much higher two months ago when I booked the room that it was one day before our stay now Expedia does not want to honor my price request match as they told me this morning what I sent was an adequate I spent two hours on chat conversations with Expedia reps the day before we departed trying to resolve this issue and no one told me that then The hotel room was also the most expensive we have booked in Milwaukee. Very disappointed with both Hilton accommodation and Expedia customer service.

The cleaning staff failed to property clean the room on the second night of my stay. For some reason the room was not cleaned at around 2:00 pm so I reminded the staff desk personal. I only wanted clean towels & coffee. They provided coffe but no cups or clean towels.

The windows were really dirty. The bathroom vanity was filthy (a layer of dust.). You can hear what other guests are doing clearly even though I was in corner room.

Our check in was at 3 and we didn’t get a room til 4 and it would have been longer but we had to switch to a different room layout which was very inconvenient. The staff was nice and we loved the dogs

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel but this trip didn’t really live up to the prior visits. For all the protocols still being advertised as far as cleanliness is concerned, I felt our room was somewhat dirty and could have used a real cleaning rather than just a guest flip once a new guest arrived. Places in the room were clearly not vacuumed as there was dust/dirt easily visible. Bathroom mirror had finger prints on it. Sink obviously needed the hair in the drain dealt with as it took forever to drain. Just a bevy of issues that could easily be addressed.
