"This was the perfect place for 2, minus the full bed. It is new, clean, quiet and safe. They have the place stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, snacks, coffee, etc. We’d stay here again if we’re in the area. We enjoyed feeding the goats the first night. "

"Nice quiet getaway. We enjoyed the 4 mile bakery and the 4mile greenhouse while we were there. We went to Beaver to dogwood pass western show. We had a great weekend. The house was in a quiet area. The view with the horses out back was great. The hot tub was wonderful. It would be nice to have a small table and chairs near hot tub to set towels on etc. The house is beautiful with country feels! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks! "

"Second time at this property and will continue to book it when I am in town. Just off the beaten path enough to feel like you are alone in the country but close enough to be at WalMart inside 5 min. Well appointed with everything you need for a short or longer stay. Clean and easy entry. Owner keeps the place very nice. Well worth it"

Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, fruit, cereal, toast, yogurt, juice & of course, COFFEE We came to Waverly, Ohio, to visit family and we'll be back in the future.
