If you are a hotel snob who lives on room service and the exercise room, it’s just great. For me, however, give me a place with vending machines and a simple microwave located near a bustling shopping mall, not an artwork in the middle of nothing and nowhere. “The continental breakfast was okay. I was in Minneapolis the whole week and had stayed 4 hotels. This one is the most expensive but their breakfast is like America Inn offered. Most time the front desk put poker face and if there was two people, they were just talking with each other. The last night we stayed was awful because there was no hot water for shower since 5pm. I called front desk and they said they have someone to take care of it but no one called back to explain the situation. At……

“The room was not cleaned completely. There was stains on the table by the telephone. Also, we had the "Do not disturb/sleeping" tag on the door because we did not want housekeeping and it was ignored. Housekeeping still entered the room.”
