Not many eatery around but like the hotel in terms of cleanliness, amenities and thoughtfulness on design

Confusion at check in, one staff member wants to see just one passport and then we are asked for all by another staff member. Provided with two halves of toilet rolls to last 3 days for four people! The property is nice but a bit squashed for the pricing. They are also far too money grabbing in my opinion as we got there at 2pm and they wanted to charge additional for a check in an hour earlier despite us staying several nights. Check out is also early at 10am so they boot you out in the hope to generate additional income… just didn’t feel right. The beds are totally uncomfortable and the bottom bunk is really not practical to sleep on so whilst the location is good, I’m not sure the pricing matches the comfort level that we expected. This was after staying in a variety of 3 star hotels right through Japan.

Great property. Would stay here again. Walkable to Akihabara and other districts. What would be great is if the codes to elevator and for are the same, otherwise it’s hard to remember two of them.

Smoothly check-in process. Front desk overall service is good. The location of this service apartment is great. All mainly public transports are within walking distance. A bit challenge is that there is no lift at the closest exit of JR station if you carry with luggages but all good by taxi:) highly recommend will stay again.

Small room but everything was just clean. We slept well despite having a family of 5 in cramped space. Kitchen was well furnished. All-in-one W/D works but took a long time for one load. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Building felt secured and convenient to JR. Would stay again.
