“This was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The rooms were clean, staff was pleasant, plenty of parking, but the best part was the free breakfast. ”

The TV was personalized when we arrived in the room which added a nice touch for us during our stay. The staff was super helpful with all of our needs and joined in conversation each time we spoke. Will definitely be staying her again. ”

“The room was in excellent condition and clean! Although,I have only one complaint…there was a considerable amount of squirrel dung on the patio porch. In the morning I swept up the dung, went out for activities and when we returned home for the evening there was just as much dung and it was accompanied with flies. It put a damper on our evening plans to relax and enjoy the sun setting. Otherwise all else was marvelous.”

“Amazing!!! Love this resort. I just wish bathrooms were updated They are a bit out dated. Also, the carpet in the room I wish it was some sort of wood Other than that loved it. Would definitely come back.”

“This hotel was very neat. I was going to see a show at the Fox and the hotel is almost right across the street from the theatre so it was great for that purpose. There are some things I wish I had known prior to staying so I will share those here. Parking is in the back of the building for the hotel and there is a fee for parking. When I looked this up prior to booking it just stated "parking available". I think it was like $26. You enter the hotel in the back as well by hitting the ring……

“Location and front desk staff are excellent. My room had plumbing issues two days out of my stay. Engineering took a while to respond both times. Room didn’t have drinking glasses or coffee creamer.”

“Grand Oaks is located just off the 7 strip. Easy access. The staff no mater what time of day was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time at the hotel between shopping and the shows.”

“With the hotel being in the main street Traffic noise was a bit too much for someone who was tired n sleepy”
