"Lovely ambience to the room though difficult to book as couldn’t find receptionist. Lovely view from balcony. Warm and cosy large room with great spa bath. What was great was the lovely hotel included in setting with great meals and a log fire."

"We had a wonderful break at Crowdy Head House. The location is perfect! Directly across the road from the beach which stretches for about 19km - and that means there’s always space to get away from other beach goers (even in busy times). The house looks quirky, but is comfortable and has a rooftop eyrie from which you can enjoy sunset drinks with ocean views. Besides the quiet perfection of the beach, there’s the proximity to National parks and interesting historical locations - great walks...

"Place was very unclean. I spent the first few hours after arrival cleaning. Floors unswept, sinks needed a good scrub, hair and marks all over walls in bathroom, layer of dust on top of shelves, fridge, light switches etc. Other then that the location is always great for fishing and swimming. although I think the area has gone downhill since last I visited alot of rubbish, broken glass, drunks, and dog droppings in the neighbourhood."
