“No English Spoken. Slept on a sofa bed - not king-size either. Located up a dark backstreet. No mirror in bathroom for shaving. Old paint pot for a bin. Too many items not as advertised. ”

“This is an absolute gem of a hotel, set in a really whimsical and private garden. It is a bit of a walk to the main part of the city.”

“Hotel staff did not know that i have booked the room and that I am coming .First 30 minutes they have been making sure that I have booked the room.when they found that I have booked the room,they did not have any room vacant so they gave me loft.Secondly wifi was good on the ground floor but it was not working on upper floors.There were 2 big dogs walking on the terrace and they could have been dangerous.”

“W hotelu tym zarezerwowałem noclegi od 17-22maja i 27/28maja br.Wg informacji na rezerwacji noclegi noclegi zostały opłacone.Mam swiadomośc że cena była nadspodziewanie atrakcyjna ale to już nie moje zmartwienie,Hotel naturalnie nie uznał tej rezerwacji za opłaconą i zarządał opłaty według aktualnego u nich poziomu cen.Stosowną adnotację umieszczono na przedłożonym przeze mnie wydruku potw.rezerwację.Ostatecznie zamieszkałerm z pow. powodu w innym obiekcie Hotelowym.Mam nadzieję na wyjasnienie……
