“Location, parking and access to lake and pool with clubhouse is great. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds were comfy, electric blankets were great! Towels and soap, shampoo were appropriate…appreciated Games for kids were great, decks and umbrellas are nice. I felt like the whole unit could use a deep cleaning and dusting. Cobwebs from ceiling, lamps, etc. The carpet needs to go, it is very challenging to keep carpet clean in the mountains. Some auto lighting on steps outside would be very helpful……

“cleaning lady was not done until almost 5 pm and the builders were using power saws and drills on the cabin the entire time we were there besides bed time. The cabin should not have been rented if it needed to be repaired while we were in it.”

“1. Bathrooms were not cleaned 2. Wastebaskets were not emptied prior to arrival 3. No bar soap or shampoo in bathrooms 4. No hot water 5. Beds were not clean.”

“There was a broken knife and a wax pen on the property we have pictures if you would like us to send them to you.”

“We have rented cabins through VRBO, but it's was our first time renting a condo and first time in Huntington Lake . Easy contactless check in & checkout process. Condo was very clean. Perfect for my family of four. Community pool a plus. We had and awesome relaxing time.. Will come back again!”

“Overall we had a great stay. We had 9 in total. 4 adults 2 teens and 3 younger kids. The cabin was spacious and well stocked. There were plenty of beds and lots of room to spread out. The game room was a big hit. There were plenty of towels for everyone. The location is great for China Peak. Cons: -When we arrived, the top of the stairs down to the entrance were covered in several inches, and in places, a few feet of ice. We managed it, but it was very treacherous and older people would……

“Really nice house for a couple/few families. Good-sized rooms, plenty of beds, a bonus hidden large closet that sleeps your "I love forts" kind of kid really nicely, and good central heating for the downstairs. We didn't try the fireplace upstairs, but if it were any colder we would have and there's wood out in the shed. The kitchen is more than adequately sized, compared to some other places in this size/price range. Nice snow play area right out the back for making igloos and having snowball……

“Ive stayed in several of these condo. Theyre all pretty similar. This one isn't updated or modernized but we don't care about that. Well decorated. Everything you need is there. Very comfortable. All of these condos have lots of stairs if you're not familiar with them. I would stay here again.”

“The property was dated, but very clean and functional. It had everything we needed and was close to China Peak. Made for a great vacation. Would stay here again!”

“This is our favorite of all the many condos we have stayed in since our cabin burned down. Love the deck, view, and furnishings, but would have been more comfortable if the downstairs room had a window curtain and a lock on the outside door. The refrigerator never got cold, we had to toss milk, meats, etc.”

“Everything about this condo was lovely. The exception to our stay was the on site permanent resident with his golden retriever dog walking around making trouble with guests. We did not appreciate his constant presence & interference with our stay. He is a bully & does not respect the guests. Please have a talk with him as we rented a lot of cabins & do so for over 10 years. Thanks again.”

“Everything was perfect! We all love the place and what it offered. It was clean, up to date, well stocked with quality cookware, wonderful kitchen, beautiful baths, nice bedding, great floor plan, and plenty of wood for the fireplace... the owner was very nice and got back to us right away when the code for the house was sent blank by VRBO ( they were helpful too)and internet didn't work and he got us the right code right away. Really the best rental we've ever stayed in! We all give it 6 stars……

“The condo was very nice. However the house didn’t not have housekeeping, so it was left as the last renters left it. Beds unmade and slept in, trash, only dirty used towels. No clean linen or towels. ”

“Cabins are cute, but it looked like a lot of them are being worked on. Wish our cabin had a little table and chairs. Beds were comfortable. Over all the cabin was clean and comfortable. The full bathroom was nice to have. ”
