“I had a much longer review that won't fit the character requirements, but suffice it to say this is a bare bones rental. Don't expect to make yourself home here. You are expected to be an unseen and unheard guest in their home, and you can hear them from the other side of the wall, not giving you the same common courtesy of being quiet and courteous. It is okay if you only need a place to sleep for a night or two, but it is not a place to relax and recuperate for a week. The bed is……

“It was a cute little cabin, plenty of room for 3 of us. It had a stove, fridge, microwave, pots pans, dinnerware utensils, convenience store, everything you need for a nice stay. It was very comfortable great views & location. Lots of things to do. We went to enjoy 80s disco night, it was loads of fun! Will definitely be staying here again.”

“Enjoyed the mornings on the porch listening to the close by creek and chickadees singing, hiked every day, used the grill on the side of the house, walked around the neighborhood in admiration. We brought our dog (golden retriever) and he was so happy there as well. Close to town but also not TOO close. Loved this cabin!! Would stay again.”

“We are city dwellers -- hemmed in by property lines, rules and the small minds which make them, nosy neighbors, sameness, too much dull. Indian Heaven is not dull. It sits in the very lap of mountain and forest, has color, character, order, comfort, and is surrounded by Nature's grandeur. It is eclectic, warm, welcoming. To a soul seeking peace and civility in a madding world, it is a refuge. And the village which abuts it is a treat. Overall, a treasure.”

“Super cute cabin, nice and rustic (and nostalgic!) We enjoyed the hot tub after our adventures in Idyllwild, and the fully stocked kitchen was very appreciated. This is a great place to stay if you want a little place close to shops and trails. We'll definitely be back!”

“The cabin was lovely and had everything you could need. The hosts were very accommodating and gracious. I was surprised that Lake Arrowhead is so crowded with houses. They are on small lots and seemed on top of each other. So it wasn’t the wilderness experience I was expecting. Also not very tourist friendly as only homeowners are allowed to use the lake.”
