"This home is nice with ample bedroom space, however the living room furniture although very modern is not comfortable or cozy. The couch was broken in the middle and one side. The home needs an overhaul cleaning. Cobwebs are everywhere, even hanging from the ceiling and the vents are full of dirt. ..."

"Everything went relatively well. Only major complaints would be the yellow water, strange film on top of the hottub water, basement/gameroom unfinished and freezing, and air hockey table needs to be tossed out and get a better one. There was a strange sticky residue across the entire hockey table ..."
