"The staff was very nice, no complaints there at all. The AC into unit worked very well. The lady on duty was very friendly and helped me track down some towels. The building was rather run down. Holes in the carpet, broken bed headboards, box tv from like 1995, smell'd a bit, no soap in the bathroom, toilet seat was cracked all the way through, fridge was iced over in the freezer, no breakfast, lots of empty unused spaces, broken windows in the stairs ways, very off putting in these ways. I didn't get a chance to try out the pool, so I can't say if it was good or bad, I never saw it. "

"While the reason for our trip wasn't the happiest, this house fit the bill perfectly. Check-in was a breeze and communication with the host was excellent. Had plenty of room for all when needed, even the youngest of nephews was impressed by the bunk beds and plenty of room for all the brothers/sister to sit around the dining table for family discussions. The nightly storms helped the hubby relax taking him back to his favorite memories of falling asleep to thunder rolling off the mountains. It's a great place for kids with plenty of space to get outside to run and play. The whole family was impressed and will more than likely be booking again for holidays and visits with the kids and grandkids. Thank you for a lovely stay!"

"This hotel was EXCELLENT. All staff goes out of their way to exhibit exemplary hospitality. Room was huge and clean. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Very pleased. "

"Construction materials were stacked in and around the entry area—work continued into the early evening. The office area had an acrid odor—similar to Southern Asia. The facility’s furniture was too large for the room. Additionally, furniture items were seemingly procured from former motel/hotels after their renovation. I will not stay again. I recommend avoidance for the discerning traveler."

"The home was clean, but could really use a loveseat in the living room or at least another chair. Additionally, the bedrooms could really use a nightstand. The bedrooms only have the beds in them. The grass needs to be cut. I couldn’t let my dog go out in the back because the grass was taller than she is. Mind you, she only weighs 4 pounds, but it needs to be cleared out before guests can safely use the area. It just felt quite empty compared to the many other places we had stayed. We arrived late at night because we had nearly a 12 hour drive and there was no toilet paper. My husband had to go to the one little convenience store that was open in town at that time to get some for us. Like the title says, the house has a lot of potential. It is very cute, but it needs a little attention and the areas mentioned above. I would gladly stay here again because of the convenience of the location to my husband‘s family, especially if these issues are dealt with properly."
