"Beautiful location. Friendly welcoming staff. The front desk staff were very helpful but some of them seemed to lack the knowledge to answer some of our questions about the activities advertised. Perhaps they were training new staff for the upcoming busy season. We were very pleased with the 2 hotel activities that we participated in"

"Cleveland House has a beautiful property with an incredible location on Lake Rosseau. Mature trees, and many buildings with character. That being said, I’d never stay here again. Regardless of some minimal upgrades, the place looks as though it hasn’t changed since the 60s. Happy upon arrival, things quickly changed when we arrived at our building to locate our room. "We were at deerhurst for a dance competition and the rates at HV were a lot better. We Could walk to the competition and we were away from the crowds "

"We were met with a beautiful cabin! It was nice and toasty and very clean. We also ate at the restaurant and were very happy with the friendliness and welcoming attitude of every staff member there! They also had a great playlist of as soon as we entered the restaurant! We would highly recommend this resort!"

"We had a pole in the room situated near the couch. When you sat on the couch you only saw half the tv. So we moved the couch towards the bed and moved the tv over on the stand it was on. Yet tge other person could not sit on the couch to watch tv, 🙄 so they sat on the bed. You have a desk in the room but no plugs for the lap top, they are on the other side of the dreeser where the tv sits and the mirror. So i could not plug my lap top. That room was badly put together. "
