“工作人員都非常熱情，看我拉著行李，立即放下手上工作幫我提行李。天氣冷也主動加了一條溫暖的大毛毯，非常溫暖有幫助，床鋪枕具都很舒適。 但渡假村位置鄰近夜市尾端，本身餐廳的演唱聲、鄰近PUB的音樂聲較為吵雜，需到12點才會整個安靜下來，不過靠近夜市的旅宿可能都會有類似的問題，怕吵的人建議找過河的那一區。另外，渡假村入口靠餐廳旁正好在擴建施工，預計2020年一月才會施工完畢，也是會有一些噪音。 除了吵雜之外，一切都很好，早餐也非常豐盛、美味。”

“起初一家三口（13歲小朋友） 早在半年前已經經hotels.com 預訂cosy 房3人連早餐 ，職員一check in 就話要加附加費 ，跟住我同個職員講預訂嗰陣時已經加咗小朋友並輸入正確的歲數，跟住佢打去問搞咗一輪又話唔使收錢。唔知係咪咁樣俾咗一間好差嘅房 面對bluport 停車場，房間除了光害還有噪音，對住bluport 霓虹燈牌 整晚不停閃亮，再加上電單車的噪音，恍如露宿街頭。完全感受唔到intercontinental resort 嘅度假感覺 . 酒店偏細，設施偏小、健身房設施殘舊再加上壞冷氣，還好早餐尚好，距離商場方便，再加上有免費水上樂園。否則好難吸引。”

“酒店房間頗大，枕頭有點軟，不過可接受。房間燈光有少許暗… 職員服務態度十分良好，第二天外出時請他們幫忙叫taxi 也很快做到。 早餐十分豐富，有即煮泰式粉麵，亦有西式食品。 酒店附近便是 Tamarind Market & Cicada Market, 10-15分鐘便到，晚上可以去市集食野，Tamarind Market 主要有泰式食物為主，特別有一檔即炒pad Thai 非常好吃，可以去試。逛的話其實cicada market 比較多野行，但只在週末開。Cicada Market 主要係手工創作攤位較多，較文青，亦較特別。食物都係外國食品較多。 另外Tamarind Market 對面有一間mini big c 如果要出去華欣市集那邊面坐的士或嘟嘟車，我從華事久市集坐嘟嘟車需要泰銖150。”
