“Had an excellent stay at the hotel. This was our second stay at the hotel in six months for me and my wife. We both are senior citizens. The staff at the reception desk and rooms are courteous and well mannered. All in all a good stay, worth the money you pay.”

“Hotel charged for 3 persons but did not provide extra bed as beds were broken. One person had to sleep on thin mattress layered & no mosquito repellent given . We could not sleep at all. It took 1 hour to finish dinner. Few hotel guests walked out as they did not get even water for half an hour & their baby was crying for water . Reason was just one waiter serving 8 tables. I will never go here again.”

“The Hotel was good.big and spacious rooms, beds comfortable, breakfast superb for on the spot pricing, everything about the hotel was good. A few let downs reduces the feel good factor.The first let down being the reception is located on the second floor and rooms above that.Secondly I get a room with no windows because the room falls in the middle of a corridor and is interconnected to another room. The lack of window could have been compensated with better lighting/wood paneling with lights……

“Everything about the hotel-the room, the ambience, the surrounding area and staff were great! The Zest retaurant in the hotel is one of the very best! Ravi, my server with a smiling face provided exceptional service to get me Alu Palak and Tandoori roti which is my favorite! The next day I had the buffet which had such a great variety and every dish was so tasty. Kudos to the chef and his team! ”

“Rooms in poor condition. See pics. Wooden Floor coming apart. Almiras creeking. Drawers not closing. Drapes from several decades back. Upholstery dirty. Pillows so thick and big almost the height of center table. Bed mattress such that if one partner moves, other is completely disturbed. Net, net, they claim being under renovation. Which is good… till then, if you chose to pay what we ended up paying for a night, its purely for location which is very close to Mysuru Palace. Greenery in the……
