“My third stay at skynest for business trips to Nairobi. The location is great, westlands is safe and walkable with plenty of shopping, dining, and socializing options nearby. Skynest itself is very secure and has a great little market on the ground floor where you can buy essentials, and a decent restaurant. The front desk staff are great. The rooms are great. You'll find cheaper option, but you won't find better. ”

“Very warm reception from the two ladies, helped me to pay the taxi when I arrived because I had no shillings on me so they allowed me to use my debit card on their POS terminal. Room was specious and neat. It was a lovely stay ”

“We loved our apartment at Yaya! So much we came back two extra times in between safaris to rest and regroup. The staff was exceptional! They made us feel like family. Part of why we kept returning. The apartments are huge, clean as could be. There were shower amenities, plenty of towels. The linens are super. When we visit again we are definitely returning here. Thank you for a wonderful experience during our time in Kenya! We will never forget you all ❤️”

“Friendly and clean place”

“Excellent. Recently renovated with good quality throughout. Hot water and good water pressure, clean, excellent staff all with positive and helpful attitude, kitchen had excellent quality utensils and cookware, comfortable, and good Wifi. Requested they wash my car and they did so quickly for a reasonable fee. ”

“Our room was beautiful. Housekeeping only knocked once.We didn't hear from them again.”

“Apart from the fact that the residence is located in a suburban area, and quite risky, the hotel in itself, the staffs and the room is really nice. The kitchen in the room is perfect! Really enjoyed my stay there!”

“Unfortunately I had to move into a 2 bedrooms because 1 bedroom block doesn’t have elevators. Staff was amazing especially Felicita who kept our apartment immaculate. Location was excellent due to close proximity to everything. Couches and beds could use upgrade. Wifi wasn’t too great but ok. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay there again. The apartments met our needs. ”

“Well to begin with they were illprepared"! After traveling for 13hours and 15minites the room was not ready. I had to wait 😭 for almost 1hour before I could go in the bathroom had awful sent that was emanating from the I felt sick just being in that room. Went to front desk demanding a transfer to another by the time I got in to #601 there were cockroaches all over it , complained then they send in the fumemigater but the roaches were still there. Noisy"! Very , very noisy place to spend one's……

“Second time staying in the same apartment and the cleanliness standards have dropped. The were dead roaches and flies in the living room and dirt on the carpet. The apartment had some damage on the walls and signs of lack of repair or paint work. The shower head worked partially with inconsistent temperature regulation. And the sheets and pillows had wear and tears with a number of stains.”

“The airport is very close to the airport and they offer free shuttle every hour. They also secured a driver for us to take us into Nairobi for dinner and they also offer safaris to Nairobi National Park. A real gem Of a park and a knowledgeable guide. Much cheaper than hiring outside company! The restaurant food is excellent and the staff is superb. A real haven of luxury in hectic and gritty Nairobi!”

“I stayed 2 nights at this hotel which is in the city centre. The rooms are not big but comfortable and clean with toiletries and coffee/tea. House keeping was efficient and my bath robe was promptly delivered. The buffet breakfast was excellent with an egg station and different selection of hot dishes offered everyday.”
