“Great home - beds are super comfortable. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked. The only issue were 1) location - not close to beach and parking was impossible 2) construction on property took away the advertised screened in porch which could have been a children’s bedroom 3) carpeted kitchen??? When they do finish the house - it will be beautiful”

“Our family of five stayed for a long weekend. This was in a quiet neighborhood across the street from a path that led to the beach. The home was large and welcoming. Large kitchen perfect for cooking a couple meals a day. Great food in the area. Short drive to Newport for activities with the kids. Would highly recommend for those traveling to the area.”

“Cottage was small but cute and comfortable. Perfect for 2-4 people. It is perfect location for shopping, restaurants and the ferry, and very easy to get around the area but in a very quiet area so great to relax. May be a bit more hectic during summer but everything was very accessible and close. Lovely view from deck. Wish there was easier access to the water other than the dock but very marshy and overgrown so no access but still nice to view from the deck and dock. Would consider a return……

“Our final weekend of summer was spent at this little gem of a cottage. The house was lovely, cozy and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The beach was a 5 minute drive away. The hostess was so attentive to every text I sent. She also left us multiple treats for the adults and my son. A fantastic way to finish up the summer. We would go back in a heartbeat!”

“It was exactly what we needed! We were here for our daughters graduation from URI. We had extended family with us and we all fit with plenty of space. The dogs were welcome, and there was no dog smell that some dog friendly rentals have!!! We were within walking distance of the trails so I could take them for exercise every morning!! We have been visiting here a few times a year for the past 5 years and we have always done hotels or motels, I would come back to this house again!!! Everything……

“Michelle is an Angel!!!! We had booked another property that fell apart in spectacular fashion. Michelle’s beach house was the only one that fit our needs with same day check in. She took us in and took care of us! She cleaned the house herself in record time so we could still have our first night, and the periodically checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed (which we did!). The layout was perfect for our family - a large dining room, gorgeous deck, a first floor bedroom and half……

“Our family loved their stay in Rhode Island - the beaches, restaurants and surrounding attractions did not disappoint. The house was a great layout for our family of adults, young adults and grandchildren. We enjoyed the location as we have family in the area. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed several family meals both inside at the large dining table and on the deck with some lovely sunsets as a back drop. Most of the issues in prior reviews of the deck had been resolved before we……
