“I reserved a rolling bed in the room and it was not set up. Had to ask 3 times before it was finally set up in the room. It was supposed to be set up when we got to our room. There was also a Harvard medical conference when we were there and they took over the hotel. It was loud and made it uncomfortable for other hotel guest. No space to sit in the main lobby area. Conference should be held Away from main lobby area. There were posters everywhere and little space for other guests. Food was not……

“Truly a spectacular spot to spend time with family-even better than I imagined it would be! The location-the property-the home - all absolutely amazing! So much to do between outdoor and indoor fun - not to mention the amazing view - we didn't need to leave! Except maybe to visit the very convenient market for more provisions since we just wanted to enjoy the kitchen and the many amenities the home offered. We can't wait to go back - no matter the season!”
