“What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen.”

“We liked the rental. It was spacious and we appreciated the complimentary coffee. The rental is also a more affordable option in New Haven and not too far away from downtown. It was easy to get in touch with the owner, but it would’ve been helpful if they provided us checkin information in a timely manner. If you’re a light sleeper this might not be the place for you. It’s located by a busy road. There were a lot of cars that were built to be as loud as possible revving their engines into……

“I don’t know how anyone can give this property less than 5 stars. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The building and apartment were immaculate. The place has everything: free parking, large gym, movie theater, golf simulator, and even a duckpin bowling alley! If I was childless and moving to New Haven, I’d consider a unit in this building. ”

“I had a very good stay at this property while I was in CT. The apartment was clean, cute and perfect for 1 or 2 people and had very tasteful and thoughtful decorations. The host/owner was also very helpful and kind in accommodating my slightly handicapped needs.”

“We had an amazing stay at the condo. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bedrooms had great storage for our things and the beds were very clean. I am a very picky person and I was happy. The host Marc was by far the best host anyone could wish for when visiting a city. He communicated with us very effectively and left a variety of drinks and snacks. He even left us a card welcoming us to his place. We were in town visiting our son who is a freshman at Yale. “Nice house, clean and as described. Much of the hullabaloo about the neighborhood is a bit overblown. Fair Haven is a bit crunchy, but at no point did any of us feel unsafe or have any problems. Sure, don’t book the house is you’re looking for a suburban paradise. But the house itself was immaculate and very close to the key points on interest in New Haven. Very happy with our choice!”

The place could use some repairs and I left a list as I came across things. The pot smell (which I guess just has to be tolerated) is through out the apartment complex.”

“We loved the apartment! It was clean and completely updated. It was in the basement but we did not mind at all because it felt like an oasis. The bathroom (especially the shower) was incredible! We felt like we were in a spa! The shower had a fancy curved wall and was so spacious. This house had a lot of finishes that you can tell the owner went the extra mile for. Getting into the place, there is a big wooden gate at the back of the driveway and it got a little stuck when we first tried the……
