However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”

“The staff were exceptional especially the front desk attendant Ashley Powers. She went above and beyond to accommodate and make our trip a memorable one. She helped us book daily tours, suggested places to eat and even called our room later in the day to see how we made out on the tour. All the staff were very pleasant but Ashley certainly stood out above the rest. The hotel location was great we were close within walking distance to pretty much anything. Also the area wasn’t too loud……
