“This was a great budget friendly location close to the lake! Our friends were camping and we like air conditioning!! Only thing I would suggest is an extra mirror in the room for getting ready since the bathroom is small. Would help with getting ready while another person showers :)”

“For starters this property is absolutely gorgeous! The view of the lake from the back deck is stunning. We rented this property for a Mother’s Day gathering for my 83 year old Grandmother. I went back and forth with several properties and I kept coming back to this one. We’re so glad we did. The host are amazing! We will definitely be returning back one day!”

“Check-in was easy and convenient, despite the fact that there was no staff on site. I especially appreciated that the text message with the details was sent early in the day, so I was clear about what to expect. The Cozy Queen room was comfortable, although I did not see any indication in the description on Expedia that it had no windows, so this was an unpleasant surprise. The lamp was not bright enough to read by, so I was forced to use the too bright overhead light. The separate private……

“Came down to lake texoma for a fishing trip my wife bought me for christmas, like the listing on vrbo becuase the house looked rustic when we got to the cabin it did bot disappoint, felt very homey and rustic will definitely look this one up again if i make this an annual trip”

“We booked the Toasty Marshmallow for Memorial Day Weekend, and it was perfect for a bunch of friends playing games, hosting family style dinners and spending our days on the lake. Close proximity to marina, lots of thoughtful details like games and entertainment options throughout the house. Interesting setup that gives the house some character and contributes to the memories made! We will absolutely book again with this host, either this or other properties in their portfolio.
