“We had a larger group who was celebrating a college graduation close so we decided to go VRBO as opposed to hotel rooms. Heather is great, very quick on responses, and you can tell from her correspondence she cared about our stay. You can tell that the property has had significant investment and remodeling. It had all of the expected dining and cooking supplies,and of good quality. The reality is though that the house is older, which did mean we were welcomed with a very strong musty odor……

“The chic three-story home was spacious and beautifully decorated. Our young ones enjoyed having the third level bedrooms and family room to themselves. There was plenty of room on the huge dining room table was puzzles and art projects. The kitchen satisfied our chef/nephew. Location is just minutes from Newport on the Levee and 10 minutes to downtown Cincinnati's attractions as well as riverfront Old Coney and Belterra Racetrack. “Would love to give a 5 star but have to be honest in my review. The property at the time of my visit had a huge ant problem in both the bathroom and kitchen. I pointed this out directly on the “owners” feedback page but no response or acknowledgment. Other than that it’s a great convenient location. As per other reviews the walls are thin here so no matter how quiet people try to be upstairs you will hear everything. Just hope you and the other occupants are on the same schedule. ”

“Overall loved the place, super easy check in and out procedures. Our host was super responsive to any needs we had. Plus we were in close proximity to our concert venue Bogart’s and all the stuff we wanted to do in town. Everyone loved the hot tub too!”

“The location was in a perfect spot and it was easy to get in and out of the neighborhood to go to all the places that we wanted to visit. The beds, pillows, and couches were very comfortable. We only had one significant complaint - it was unbearably hot upstairs. We couldn't get the thermostat downstairs under 80 degrees, and upstairs felt even hotter. I see comments from other reviews that we should understand "historic home" to mean that the temperature cannot really be controlled, which is……

“My wife and I stayed in Cincinnati for two Reds baseball games and this condo was in a perfect place to get there and also get around to other sites in downtown Cincinnati. The condo itself is beautiful and you can tell the owner did a lot of upgrades to make it a wonderful stay. Everything we needed was available and all amenities were great! We would definitely stay again.”

“The primary property was very enjoyable & clean. The outside area was not so clean and it is only accessible via an outdoor walk-way/steps between the buildings. Fantastic location and the view from the sun room was tremendous!”
