“Lovely hotel staff were lovely at reception and restaurant the young girl at spa was very helpful & friendly. Food was incredible in the restaurant and the service is exactly as you would expect from this hotel. Looks like refurb still ongoing within spa/pool area and the potential is incredible. Changing rooms need to be managed more, no towels unless you ask. Some Robes available, no slippers lockers in mens dont work. Broken locks on toilet doors. No signage anywhere for spa, changing……
