“This is a quiet little space in a quiet little town. Its a very "vintage" home, but dont let that discourage you from renting this lovely home. Beds are super comfortable, immaculately clean & comfortable. I had to contact owners directly as the Evolve team was lousy at communication. Owner was lovely and accomodating!! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!”

“Perfectly peaceful place to just get away for a couple of days! House was perfectly cozy for the 2 of us. Mary was so easy to work with! Her store in town is adorable and coffee was delicious! The town of Sedan was perfectly quaint but we were able to figure out everything we needed. Went nature exploring and were able to see the properties waterfall and even some buffalo! The distillery tour in town was interesting as well. Would definitely gladly stay again if back in the area! Thank you! 😃”

“This was a wonderful place, a clean place and a comfortable place. The staff went beyond the call of duty… A very important prescription was left in the room, it wasn’t discovered until 10 hours later… I texted Mark late Friday night to inform him that this prescription had been left in the room… He checked the refrigerator where it should’ve been and it wasn’t there…. He then checked the management refrigerator with the same result… He checked the cleaning cart and there it was!!! Obviously,……

“I was here for a work trip and it was the perfect location. The place was very clean and had everything I needed for the week. The only thing I would give a heads up is that the walls are very thin and you can hear people in their apartments and people coming up and down the stairs. Another positive is that you can walk to a few different restaurants near by and its just a nice downtown area.”

“This three bedroom home was perfect for our needs while in Bartlesville for a funeral. There were nine of us, and even though there’s only one bathroom, that was not an issue at all. The kitchen was adequate, with a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary pods, and my grandson was excited about the snacks on the tray in the dining room. There is history all over the home, and as a former employee of Conoco, it was fun to read up on and see some of the oilfield artwork displayed. Aaron was one of……

“When we arrived the water pipes were frozen and there was no water or heat. We contacted owner who had us contact a local person to help. This person told us we needed to find somewhere else to stay. I tried to contact the owner again but was unsuccessful. I would like to get a refund.”
