“職員態度一般，睡房比較暗，只有一盞床頭燈；但房間面積大，位置是在Nob Hill 山頂上，景觀開揚，交通尚算方便，酒店附近有 cable car 站， 可乘搭 cable car，但也要行一段約五分鐘的斜路才回到酒店；另外，附近也有一間大的藥房，行落兩條街，約行十分鐘，可以購買一些日常用品及小食。”

“We were greated by a friendly male who allowed us to store our luggage since we came in early from our international flight. He was helpful with directions to wander down to Fishermans wharf while we waited for check tin time. The beds were comfortable but the towels were very small and very old. Great location handy to everywhere so we would stay againn.”

“Our family of three arrived at night after a long journey, but our bed requested was not ready,the hotel should have prepared long before our arrival. Checking out: the front desk staff asked us to pay again, I told him we payed online long ago he better double check, after looking at the computer the staff said it was done without a word of apology, the hotel staff need more training I believe. the room is ok, higher floor at the back, breakfast is simple but good.”
