“We had four adults and three young teenagers and the layout of the house and bedrooms was perfect to accommodate us all - comfortable beds with good quality and quiet air conditioners. The kitchen is very well stocked with a large fridge and enough plates, platters and cooking utensils and glasses for a large group. (But be sure to bring your own food across with you from Noosa, as there is only one very small shop over there, only carrying the basics.) The house is quiet and away from others……

“What a perfect house for our extended family to stay at for 3 nights over Easter. The bedrooms and living/dining area were comfortable and well furnished and we loved the outdoor space and pool. There was plenty of space for our family which included 6 adults and children under 5 and it was an easy walk to the beach. We all liked the house and we would all definitely stay there again but felt that there were a few things that could do with modernising to make the stay more enjoyable. Overall……

“Two couples and four adult children were easily accommodated in this multilevel home. We particularly loved the quirky decor, the peaceful treetop views into the national park from the balconies, the plunge pool for cooling off after walking up the hill from the beach, and the pool table. The location was excellent, with an easy walk to Little Cove and Hastings Street, although the short uphill trip on foot would be difficult for the elderly. The house was so quiet and peaceful after the bustle……

“Good location and plenty of room. Would like cover over outdoor area we were unable to utalise due to weather. Also leaks’s from gutter were annoying overnight but I believe that’s being looked into. A nice property in a quiet street near enough to walk to Noosa beach”

“Fantastic property that had everything we needed for a family holiday. There was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy multiple activities in separate areas of the house. The house and outside property was very clean and extremely well appointed. The beds, bedding, linen, towels were of a very high quality as well as the kitchen utensils and cutlery and crockery. Penny our host was so very accommodating and fantastic at communicating making time to meet my specific requests regarding sleeping……

“Great basic property for a family getaway. Only feedback is that the electric bbq doesn’t get very hot so it’s not really suitable to cook a larger family meal.”

“Property was clean, super comfy beds with great bedding. Ceiling fans were helpful, no need to use the a/c. We used the little pool and tennis court whilst there, which was great for the kids. Recently refurnished we had read as recently refurbished, this doesn't take away from the property but be sure on your expectations. Useful free bus runs on the road outside to take you down to the beach and Hastings St - as it is a good 30min walk there. The grounds of the property needed a really good……

“We absolutely loved this stay. The kids had a great time on the water and the setting is fantastic and the location is amazing. Our hosts were so responsive it was truly a relaxing and tranquil place. Would love to come back!”

“Good place to stay. Very neat and tidy. Needed a sensor lights to come on when you enter the property at night. A brush and pan to scoop up the dirt on the floor after we swept it. Frying pans need to be replaced. Overall an amazing place to stay we would certainly recommend this place for a vacation”

“House was lovely upon first appearance, but unfortunately the longer we stayed the more uncleanliness we came to notice. Holes in walls, thick dust on fans and stains on bed sheets and cockroaches under dining table. The pool was great, very child and family friendly with a nice entertaining area with bbq. We liked that the house provided toys for children who stay and it was a short drive to nearby town and beaches.”

“Good place although customers should be advised of granny flat adjoining this house that has residents(was a bit shocking) and you can hear them if you are in the back room that adjoins the granny flat. Also there were Ants in kitchen.overall good place and area is fine for the price ! Only downer was the fact that this house had a granny flat ( which was obviously the garage of this house at one time ! Which is disappointing as this should be stated on website!!!”
