“Wonderful place. Staff superb. Breakfast fresh and tasty. The Juniper cottage was full of thoughtful complimentary items. Extremely clean and pleasant. Shower was beautiful and hot,although the bathroom was a little narrow. My only concern was the floor was freezing! I'm a diabetic and I'd normally put my slippers on at home. Maybe consider putting down a rug to the bathroom door.”

“Stayed just the one night and very happy. Clean, comfortable and an excellent breakfast in the morning. A little out of the way, so car is a must. We stayed in the Willow room which had a lovely view out onto the garden. Only had minor niggles, bed was a double, not a king which I am used to (but double was in booking info). Doors are creaky and door catch noisy, so a quiet toilet visit in the night is difficult. Would definitely stay again if in the area.”

“Absolutely loved this place it was so quirky full of history and antiques breakfast was good and hosts were lovely And friendly we will definitely return ..no matter where you look. There was something of interest with an antique shop in the yard too ..not for someone looking for a modern hotel though walking distance to a nice village pub with good food ..highly recommend this place ”

“The Hosts Jude & Karl make you very welcome . I was travelling alone and booked a single room which was compact but just right for me on this trip . Tea & Coffee facilities are provided as well as shower gel , soap and shampoo . You can also park at the property . Breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. The property also has a beautiful little garden at the back which I enjoyed sitting in . Within walking distance to the Town through a lovely park where you will find a number of pubs,bars……
