“I stayed for 3 nights in May’24 in Premium s\c Apartment and it was a comfortable and issue free stay. Reception team were courteous, friendly and helpful. Concierge Henry👏 is the link for anything & everything else locally that the hotel doesn’t provide. The facilities are good with a mini gym next to bar\restaurant (not ideal when u want some privacy), an inviting pool and chill out zone, all within a gated compound with 24/7 security, and restaurant offering breakfast / lunch / dinner menus……

“angepriesenes WLAN existiere, man gab uns aber nie ein Passwort. Gebuchte Zimmer waren nicht vorhanden, wir mussten am Ende drauf zahlen. Bis auf dem Manager hatte kein Angestellter ein Plan von irgendwas. Die Küchenfrau hat nicht gekocht, sondern viel mehr im Speiseraum irgendeine Soap geschaut, oder war im Pool. Die Wartezeit im „Restaurant“ für Getränke kann bis zu einer Stunde dauern, essen wird da nicht gekocht, sondern ganz offensichtlich bestellt und kommt nach mehreren Stunden an und……

“My stay was great. The property is very close to the A&C mall as well as other restaurants. The staff at the property were very helpful. Internet connection was great and i enjoyed the city view of my room. There is no restaurant in the hotel there are many restaurants around. ”

“The premises are beautiful, the man who runs the guesthouse is very nice. Though they don‘t serve food. You have to walk a long way to town to get your breakfast etc The room was beautiful with an amazing view. Though there is as no door for the bathroom. ”

“Booking with you was useless because I got to the facility and they were not expecting me. All rooms were booked, leaving an unused room that was all dusty with a dirty bathroom. I couldn't return because of the distance, the bad road, and the fact that it was late. This issue must be addressed.”

The kitchen produces high quality, delicious food.The property is spacious with a nice swimming pool and surrounding area including, the bar, a club, cabanas.
