“This was a nostalgia trip for me, several decades after the last visit. Of course it has changed. Reception staff were great as they were busy when I arrived, explaining bar/dining options and the leisure spa. Our room was spacious and luxurious, the bathroom also roomy (although you couldn't reach the toilet roll holder from the toilet!) We used the swimming pool, the spa has great facilities. We had a meal at the Percy French pub in the grounds where the food was good and the staff were……

“Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.”

“Property was perfect for a relaxing overnight stay. My only issue was dining room staff took our order for tea / coffee informed us to use self service but we were not made aware in time that we would have to pre order fried/poached eggs , by the time our eggs were served we had almost finished eating our fried food which was by now cold. We had mot looked at menu as we went instead to use the self service . Clear communication would have prevented this occurring.”
