“The house was one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever rented. Location was beautiful, peaceful and close to golf courses. On the “not the best “ side would be the quality of mattresses in the bedrooms other than master. Also the toilet paper was quite thin. We would certainly rent again and bring Charmin.”

“Carlos was a great host - we had a maintenance issue and he had someone out within the hour and great communication all throughout. Perfect size place for us and two dogs and the fenced yard was great. Thank you again Carlos”

“Only one drawback to this property. Stairs and parking are steep. Good value for the money. It’s quiet and a beautiful location right on the lake. Host is quick to answer. ”

“Host GiGi and Pam were very sweet .. this was perfect for what we needed . Beautiful area in muscle shoals and Florence, lots of shopping eating and a 10 minute drive across the dam into Florence which was beautiful . Thx again .”

“My wife and I stayed a few days while we were working in Florence. The place was great, it was close to everything but it was still far enough away you couldn't see or hear any major traffic. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. We enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning on the back deck overlooking the water. If we have to come back in that area again we will book the same place. Thanks Charles and Toni for a nice place to stay!”

“The amount of outside activities at this hotel were really nice to have. Grilling area, Cornhole, dog park, fire pit, and a basketball court with pickleball option. Nice and quite with a very helpful staff as well. 10/10”

“I work in hotels, so it’s hard for me to really relax or sleep well in them. It was so nice here at The Stricklin, from checkin to checkout The bed was a king super comfortable and the bathroom was clean and they provided Dove shower products which my hair thanks you due to i forgot mine other hotels seem to buy the stuff that turns your hair into straw but none the less The Stricklin provides comfort and RR all while being in downtown florence restaurant and bar scene !!! ”
