“The Halliburton is charming, cozy, quiet, and aesthetically pleasing in a period style. Its staff members are warm, professional, and helpful. Its location is ideal for walking down to the Harbourfront or downtown. The outside patio at the back looked inviting. On the flip side, I missed the detail about no elevator and hadn't expected so many (nicely carpeted) stairs. There are a few at the front door, a few more up to the lobby, 14 or so to reach the next floor; then there's a short hall walk……
