“Rakuten villa nikko is like my dreamhouse. Everything you can possibly need are provided. The villa itself makes for a perfect vacation villa with breakfast on the lanai, beautiful TV and sofa area, wonderful setting, sauna and onsen bath. The relaxation area outside the bath smells like you are in the forest! My only complaint would be the checkin email which was never sent. As we need it to get inside the villa. If it was sent automatically, everything would be perfect.”

“The hotel and staff are fine. My issue was with our particular room. It had a nice modern kitchen, with walls that were red brick, two different odd wall paper, and a beach mural. The ceiling was green with pink trim. The two twin beds were mismatched in style and height. The couches and bedding sheets were dirty with stains. As I look through their advertised rooms, I don’t see pictures of our particular room.”

“The owner is super friendly, and very thoughtful too! Prepared everything for us, and treated us like her family... which makes us don’t wanna say goodbye to her”

“Clean room and facilities. Easy to access and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. One air conditioning in sitting room was malfunction, not suitable for ver hot or very cold weather conditions. Check in procedures messy. First time I received an email with a link from Expedia and I uploaded all passport details. But the reception could not receive the information and they gave us another link for uploading. ”

“Too big for 13 pax, The best part is living area have billiard table, Dart and Karaoke and snow mountain scenic view while dining is exceptional. Living area needs a lot of improvement. The kitchen is very very dirty. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this house located just off the main street in Nikko. The owner is very kind and responsive. It is a large house with three large bedrooms, a living room area, a separate full kitchen, large bathroom with washer, and lots of windows. I liked that the main living area is on the first floor (not the ground level) and the bedrooms are on the second level. The ground level is the garage. You do have to climb stairs to get in and out of the house but that wasn’t an issue……

“10人での宿泊でした。設備も綺麗で布団もたくさんありとても快適でした。コンビニやスーパー、温泉も徒歩10分ほどのところにあったので夜中の買い出しなども簡単でした。 卒業旅行で大人数で泊まる場合などにおすすめだと思います。”

“隣がコンビニ、徒歩5分程度でスーパーがあり便利。 部屋数も多く清潔感もあり過ごしやすかった。”

“由於附近沒有較多選擇嘅食肆，所以需要喺酒店內使用，加上只有到車站接駁車，如果不是自駕的話，交通時間一定要控制得好”
