“My flight was cancelled but the front desk staff made sure my room was available when I finally got to Greensboro. They were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was great, good selection and I loved the omelette station. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a baby! ”

“What I didn't like was that my television remote didn't work well. I could change the volume but I couldn't change the channel. I got new batteries from the front desk, but there wasn't much improvement. I could change the channel but I had to be within 2 inches of the TV to do it.”

“The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.”

The room Is clean and big, the complimentary breakfast are fine, its quite at night time. however, my complaint is that the receptionist lead us to take the back access where in fact theres a elevator in the 2nd level. She didn't give us a good access of the ways to go to our room. B”
