“I really enjoyed the location. I booked for the 70.3 Oceanside. 1/4 mile to finish line and Expo. The condo was clean, open and had great ocean views. I would recommend this for anyone looking to be close to all activities in Oceanside, especially for this Race. The VRBO had everything we needed.”

“We were in town for the Oceanside Ironman. Last time we stayed closer to the finish line, but I liked this location better. It was also more comfortable staying in a condo with a full kitchen instead of a hotel.”

“The location itself is superb - right by the sea with direct access to the beach (no need to cross the road or whatsoever). The room was really just OK, but I guess who cares about the room when you have the nice panorama sea view at the balcony (if you pay up for the seaview rooms)...”

“This hotel is located right next to the beach and many other great restaurants in town. However, the facilities are dated: the bed will move, not enough tables in the room, dishes are not thoroughly cleaned and really really thin wall. You have to walk down to the lobby if you wish to borrow a hair dryer. Although my reservation clearly indicated that "breakfast included", all they had was some fruits and cookies. The lady at the reception desk in the morning was really unfriendly, she did not……

“We found our stay at Marbella very enjoyable. Our king corner unit had a great view of the ocean and pier. The sound of the waves in the evening was very relaxing. We did yoga on the patio one day which was great. The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side but comfortable. The location is great. Highly recommend this place. ”

“The staff makes this place outstanding the rooms are really cute and very clean. If you want extreme quietness you’re not getting it here but if you can make do with a little bit of inconvenience noise, why it is so extremely cute close to everything very walkable and like I said the staff is a bonus”

“I stayed 3 nights and was surprised with no housekeeping for at least 1x. Room was nice, never saw staff other than walking thru lobby to get to elevator. Area not the best neighborhood but close to harbor. ”

“Our two night stay was nice! The room was above the main entrance and restaurant, facing the main road. It was spacious and quiet and very comfortable. Loved the robe and slippers, always a nice perk and the sun shining into the window in the morning. We had coffee at the coffee shop and dessert at the restaurant and both were excellent.”

“Not quite on the beach front. It turned out to be a backside apartment across the street from the beach side. All in all from the money it was ok.”
