My only complaint is that we needed to leave early and breakfast didn’t start until 7, which usually I’ve been able to go down at 6. Otherwise a good nights stay, many food options around for convenience, easy access off highway for west side of Columbus. ”

“First off this hotel was very confusing! The parking garage wasn't well marked, doors were locked going from the garage to the hotel on the 2nd level, we had to walk around the whole building to get to the hotel. The hotel its self was dark, dingy feeling. It smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The widows were all dirty or hazed over so much so that we couldn't see out well. The toilet above our room was leaking, making our room stink. The maintenance staff was super friendly and got our room……

“I always stay at this hotel whenever I am in Columbus for business. Staff is wonderful! Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Beds are VERY comfortable. Bottom line is that I sleep great when staying at Sonesta ! And, I love the full size fridge, fully stocked utensils, and the long, wide workspace countertop. Great hotel !!!”

“Scores are really above a 4. Good location near I-270. Nice Happy Hour 5:30-7pm. Hotel gets lot of workers from out of town who stay there. But they are quiet. Not many families. ”
