“本次預定三人房，當天check in時櫃檯人員告知沒有我的預約紀錄，後來確認後是飯店的三人房因在整修中無法入住，飯店已取消我們的預定，但我並沒有收到通知信，不知這是hotels.com的問題還是hostel的問題？ 雖然後來hostel讓我們住免費的兩晚，但也只有26人房的選擇，我們因為拖著行李無法再找別間旅館只好接受，希望下次可以改進”
