“We had a lovely two day break in room 522 which had a balcony overlooking the canal which was unexpected. Breakfast lovely and staff very nice. Reception staff were very helpful when we booked a pizza, then took receipt of it and delivered it to our door complete with plates and cutlery. Thank you all xx”

Rooms have a bath and separate shower and coffee maker. Buffet breakfast of an excellent standard. New bar area looked comfortable with plenty of seating. Look forward to staying again. ”

“这个酒店是带spa的度假型酒店，有游泳池、spa和很大的健身房，很适合休闲度假。我们预订的家庭房挺不错，预订时还以为只是一个大房间里加了沙发床，结果房间里还隔出了单独的小卧室，只是小卧室偏小了一些，刚好放下两个单人床，但客厅相对较大，且客厅中的沙发床很大，总体适合一家3-4口度假居住。略有不足是酒店不在切斯特市中心，而是在市郊大约10分钟车程的位置，总体还算方便，性价比较高。”

“Pleasantly surprised as would not normally pick to stay in a hotel at service station but the room was great - very comfortable bed and really modern and clean. The staff at check-in and out where really friendly. Prefect place if you need somewhere to spent the night. ”

“We came here after we got married for a little mini-moon. The room had rose petals on the bed which was a nice touch from the hotel - thank you! We stayed in the Flamingo room and made the most of the lovely copper bath. It was gorgeous. Big room with a seperate area with sofa tv and kitchenette. Perfect for one night but could also be good if you were staying longer. Couldn’t fault the hotel, had everything we needed and staff were super friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back……
