The proximity to I4 and the Disney parks was a definite plus, but with that comes the constant drone noise from I4 and the helicopters. My building was as far west as it gets so the highway was right by us. Another plus was the visibility of Epcot fireworks each night at 9. The maintenance staff has a big presence on the property, speeding around in golf carts all day to get around. I said hello to quite a few in my time there, and was usually ignored. Maybe they are instructed not to mingle with the guests? I also found it odd that the pool that my wife and son were swimming in was abruptly closed and taped-off at 4:15 when it was sunny and 93° out. When my wife asked a security person, she was told it was routine water testing that required the pool closed for more than an hour. Unlikely but safe response. Otherwise, the interior of our place was clean, modern, decorated tastefully and comfortable. The check-in was not very smooth as our room was not ready at 4pm with no valid explanation. We walked around the property until we had the pass keys in hand a short while later. Gas cooking grills in the parking area were clean and well maintained. Air filter for the HVAC system was clean and the system worked well. 3 ton Carrier split system maintained a comfortable space for us. Washer dryer, vacuum cleaner, drip coffee maker all worked well. Tip for travelers: when shopping for groceries or other items, consider the Walmart 2 miles south. Publix is overpriced in this area.
