“This worked out really well for our stay prior to our daughter's graduation. Cute property and very close to campus. The only thing I would mention is that it says it sleeps 5, but I'm not sure how. We had planned to have 5, but our son had to cancel, and it was perfect for 4. I would not say the sofa is big enough for an adult to sleep on. Overall, I highly recommend for a visit to BG.”

“Great cabin, plenty of space to spread out. Kitchen well stocked. Nice patio in the back to relax in the sun. We came with family to be in the path of totality for the solar eclipse and had everything we needed, wide open space off the back patio. Not much to see in Perrysburg but a cute and surprisingly busy downtown community. The property is on a main highway so it was a bit noisy. If you’re just passing thru this is a great place to relax and unwind. Hosts mindful of our privacy but seemed……

“Very comfortable, spacious, and clean home. Nice, firm beds. Excellent communication with the property manager, and I appreciated they didn't have a list of tasks for us before checking out. The house is on a somewhat busy street, but it was not noisy inside the house--was easy to sleep, and we had no trouble pulling in and out of the driveway. There's a good AC unit downstairs and fans upstairs. That worried us, but we were very comfortable. We'd stay here again.”

The check-in process was easy and the host was quick to respond to our needs, including supplying us with extra items (dishes & towels). “We rented this property as a family needing to return to Ohio for a funeral. If you have a dog or young child, this location is ideal as it is located alongside Copland Park. You will find the owners easy to communicate with and the property neat, clean and extremely well appointed. Would definitely recommend this property.”

There is no buffet breakfast provided (though you get a bag of a snack, a muffin, and a bottled water). Also, the controller of my room's air conditioner didn't work. I set it to 75 degree but the temperature is still 61. ”
