Located behind Grizzly Jack's Grand Bear Resort and Water Park. Minutes away from Starved Rock State Park, Matthiessen State Park, Buffalo Rock State Park, historic Downtown Utica and other attractions.

This 1800 square feet updated villa comfortably sleeps 8 and the maximum of 10 people.
The property stands out from the others with attention to every detail.

Stainless steel appliances, granite kitchen countertops and remodeled bathrooms.

Besides two bathrooms, there is a vanity sink in the master bedroom.

Master bedroom jetted tub.

Additional sleeping area in the living room - sleeps 2 and a sofa bed in the master suite- sleeps 1.

A nice home away from home!
It was me and 5 of my friends that occupied the property for a nice getaway to go hiking. Everyone enjoyed themselves and felt comfortable. Fully furnished, nice a clean with all the cooking supplies, entertainment you could think of.

Perfect Stay!
Wonderful stay! The grounds where we stayed were the perfect location and very safe, family friendly. The home itself was clean, cutely decorated, and had everything we needed. Joanna was very quick to respond to any questions I had. She even let us have an earlier check-in so we could hit the ground running at Starved Rock! We would definitely stay again! No need to look anywhere else, stay here!
