“The house was clean and a great location. We had room and enjoyed the outside patio. I felt safe in the neighborhood. A little pricey, but what can you expect for Las Vegas during Mother’s Day weekend. Overall, it was a very nice stay and I recommend the house and I would gladly come back!!!”

“This house was perfect for our team to stay at for a tournament. All info on listing is correct and the house is as shown. Tons of space, heated pool and hot tub, huge kitchen and clean. We will gladly book again for our next trip back to Vegas!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed the weekend for a music festival. We were able to walk to the location (25 mins) where the festival was being held at and was very easy to get around. Unfortunately it was raining when we arrived so we were unable to use the pool but it was nice and clean. There are plenty of towels and toiletries available as well as basic cooking utensils and spices ( which we did not use.) Refrigerator was clean as was the rest of the house. A/C was perfect as well.……

“We were looking for a quieter stay in Vegas with our baby and this property did not disappoint! Doug was so kind as to show us around the property when we arrived and explain how to heat the hot tub. The place was extremely clean and had so many extras like pool floaties, poker table, bar setup. It’s also just a short drive to the strip, Fremont, airport, etc. We all agreed this may be the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. 10/10 would recommend both the host and property!”

“We enjoyed it a lot but the kids and grandkids even more so. Plenty of things for all ages to keep them occupied. Pool table was a big hit for all. Really like the trash compactor. Haven't seen one in years and it really saved us from taking out the trash!”

“We had such a nice stay at this house! It was large enough for our group of nine adults, and it was nice having a “home base” to come back to away from the craziness of the strip. Sanh was always extremely responsive and we never had any issues. It was also so nice having a clean/warmed pool. Would definitely recommend this property.”

“Greg's place is very large and can accommodate many guests. We loved the room to spread out but also everything was on one level. It seemed clean - some dust accumulating in places but nothing that made us feel like cleanliness was an issue. We were sitting outside having coffee one morning and a pool cleaner showed up. No big deal but would've been nice to have a heads up that someone was coming. Wish the pool was heated. We didn't use it much as the weather wasn't hot. It's a little drive to……

“Omgeeee!!! I can’t begin to say how amazing this property is!! Richman and the other young lady were so responsive and communication was on point. The pictures do the house no justice, just absolutely perfect!!! It was 19 of us there celebrating my 40th bday and it was more than enough room. It’s always the little things for me too, like the water pressure was good and hot even with all of us using it, they started us off with ample amount of garbage bags and tissue, even though they didn’t have……

“We stayed here for a week and everything was as expected. There were a few hiccups but everything was taken care of in a timely manner.”

“This villa is great for a large group, but not as larger as listed. It is listed as sleeping over 40, however it seemed like we could only get 30 people to comfortably sleep, MAX. The space could also use shower mats, and more towels for guests. In addition, while sleeping, one of my guest’s bed’s fell to the floor. The next morning we discovered it was on cinder blocks. For the price we paid, we were disappointed to find broken equipment. It is in a safe location and has plenty of amenities……

“Large, spacious, comfortable beds, nice pool. We went for a wedding and it was a perfect spot as a family to get away from the hustle and bustle at the city.”
