“We got all the information regarding location, access and parking prior to check in time. The property was very clean and in a quiet location. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our weekend stay. The only negative is that the property was 78 degrees when we arrived about 9pm and it took a couple of hours to cool down. Would recommend getting in the property at check-in to adjust the temperature prior to settling in for the evening. We would definitely stay there again!”

“This was a very nice home with a fantastic yard and location. The only issue was there is unreliable internet. There are four TVs and unfortunately no way to watch anything because of the WiFi is so weak and cuts in and out. It was an AT&T WiFi box which I guess is operating from cell towers. My husband had work meetings online and fortunately brought a MiFi so he could work. If not for the lack of internet, this place is great!! ”

“It was a great place great location parking was a small issue. Didn’t need to be super clean but the bottom of the fridge and bottom of the garbage cans are very very dirty. Also there was no apron and no aluminum foil or saran wrap I’m not sure maybe we should’ve brought our own. Overall great communication when I asked questions easy access accommodating great place would stay there again”

“This property is very spacious, and located in a very nice neighborhood, not too far from the highway to access downtown lansing! The house was very clean, beds were comfy, and the fenced in yard was perfect for our dog!! Highly recommended.”

“Besides the remote needing batteries in the room my children slept in and the showerhead in the basement, everything was nice. No stress.The kids were sad that they couldn’t watch tv. It would’ve been nice if we knew where the AAA batteries were so we could’ve changed it ourselves. We had plenty of space. Rules were simple. Close to Grand River. Would stay again.”

“We traveled to Lansing to attend our daughter's white coat ceremony at MSU. We needed a place that would be close to the university and that could accommodate our family of adults. This checked all the boxes then some! I chose it because it provided opportunities to play and create memories with the pool table, darts, the hot tub. It was perfect. Brent was always quick to answer any questions and was very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to visit Lansing.”

“Loved the location and being able to walk to restaurants. Love the backyard...we sit outside in the sun and read. Stairs were tricky for me...older female with knee problems. Kitchen was beautiful and well stocked for what we needed.”

“The cottage was beautiful, clean and peaceful. Our girls weekend was filled with fun and recharging. The beds were very comfortable. We had fun making pasta and painting together at the large kitchen table. Our last night we enjoyed a couple hours at the large fire pit talking and looking at the stars. Would absolutely plan another girls trip here!”

“We used this property to celebrate our daughter's graduation from MSU - we live about 8 hours away. This was was nothing short of magical!! The hosts were amazing. We created so many wonderful memories here - we cannot thank you enough!!!! Book this house if you need space - plus a huge backyard!!!!!! In the country -but 15 minutes from MSU! So wonderful!”

“Stayed here for an event we attended in Mason. 20 minutes away. House was perfect for our family of 5. We did put two air mattresses up stairs. Still had plenty of room. House was clean. Beds were comfortable.”

“We stayed there over MSU graduation weekend. Since we only needed to relax and sleep there, this property really fit the bill. The owner is very responsive and friendly. There is a full eat in kitchen that is stocked with essentials. Linens and towels are clean, very soft and comfortable... It is well water, so bring bottled water. My husband liked the shower, but it did release the sulfuric smell... It is a really great value for your money. We were very pleased with our stay.”
