"First The cons: very poor communication and lack of follow through by vacasa . We did not get the gear credit of 250 after booking. VRBO has been amazing as always though!. We paid a cleaning fee which we were told by vacasa we had to sweep and vacuum b4 leaving. Also it was clear it hasn't been cleaned well prior to as the hot tub had a lot of sand in and master bath had a lot of mold/ mildew. There were belongings from previous renter still there. "We had an amazing stay here. The property was beautiful and peaceful. The private pool and hot tub were definitely worth it they are bith very nice. Communication was always quick and what was expected was very clear. We will surely consider staying here again. The extremely large decks with seating are a great add, morning coffee was so much better with the views from this home! We have absolutely no complaints about the accommodations and our stay! Hope to be back next year!!"
