“The old building looks good after renovation. I didn't notice any major issues.”

“Everything was great until we received 2 calls saying there were noise complaints? We were all in bed so Iwas confused but it was determined it was our tv? My husband is hard of hearing, but we were all in the same roomsleeping for the 2nd call. Just anexperience I have never had from many years of Travel. Other than that, all good,thx”

“The apartment was perfect for us. Enough space for three people and equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately, the pool was dirty, we and other guests had to clean it ourselves every morning. The fitness room was also cleaned irregularly. There were no disinfectant wipes, we pointed this out and there were none the next day either.”

“This is a nice option if you are traveling to Wellington to watch the equestrian events. Very convenient location. Quiet residential neighborhood. We always felt safe there. Very clean 2 bedroom apartment. Adequate bathroom although it could use a shelf or stand for the placement of your personal care items. Tub/shower combo with good temperature and pressure. A few glitches - when we first arrived, the entry lock had the wrong combination so we had to call the host but she responded……

“This location is very clean and the pictures represent the actual unit very well. Olga is an incredibly responsive host. My only concern is that the only bathroom is in the main bedroom so if you have additional guests, they would have to come into the main bedroom in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. That, of course, is not the hosts fault. Should we require accommodations in the area again? I would absolutely reach out to Olga. Thank you very much!”

“We enjoyed our stay and Maria thought of everything and is the most gracious host. Shared her homemade breakfast goodies and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The pool right off the bedroom was so perfect and it was great to enjoy each day. If we have a need to be in Wellington again, we will return to Maria of Spain!”

The 2 bedroom house was perfect for our needs and less expensive than renting 2 hotel rooms. Much cozier than a hotel too and the pool was a GREAT addition for our 7 year old. Highly recommend!”

We had several long conversations about restaurants, places to visit and life in general. She treated me like family and thats a hard thing to find in this day and age.”

“We chose to stay in this property because it was close to where we were visiting for the long weekend. It was clean and spacious. Communication with the owner was quick. The bed in the front bedroom was comfortable. The bed in the nicer room towards the back was too soft but perhaps a younger person would not have a problem with it. The kitchen had pots to use for the stove top but nothing for baking - was wishing I had a sheet pan or a larger frying pan to cook bacon. One other concern I had……
