“My family and I were really surprised when we arrived. We felt very welcomed. The apartment was very clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. It was very quiet in the complex. We had our own parking space and the residents were friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this location. I would stay here again in the future. 5 ⭐️”

Gas stove, Keurig machine, and everything you need to prepare meals and save on eating out. Accessible to all North Hollywood has to offer without being right in the middle of it.”

“This is a great place to stay because it’s so central to most everything you want to see in the greater LA area. Unless there’s intense traffic, it seems to be about 20 minutes to each museum, etc. Also, there’s some very nice restaurants, literally a very short walk from the apartment Cuban Russian and Japanese delicious.”

“We have been using vrbo for years and this is the first time that we were welcomed personally by Bennett - the property manager who gave us a tour and answered our questions and concerns about the property. The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. The pool and spa was everyone's favorite to hang out and the temperature can easily be controlled with the Ipad. We will definitely highly recommend this property to our family and friends.”

“very convenient location, quiet but close to Sunset Blvd, Great view, birds singing. Gracious but unobtrusive host (lives upstairs) Wonderful beds. Decor and furnishings are a little dated but comfortable. One listing mentioned a first floor bedroom and a loft. Actually two large bedrooms with balconies, but both are at bottom of a long stair (parking and entry and living area on 2nd floor.) Might be tough on some renters if expecting bed on entrance level. two baths but only one on the……

“This is an older home with a brand new kitchen. The house was fairly clean. The main bedroom was updated. The other two rooms were much older with older furniture. It would have been nice to know ahead of time of the other guest house on the property. It could be a nice for larger families.”
